The food was delicious. The service was friendly and fast. The waiter was very helpful with our menu choices, explaining each dish to us. The Japanese beer on tap was excellent.

One of the best Indian restaurantWe were in Brisbane during Christmas. This was the only restaurant which was open on Boxing Day around New Farm. So we thought of going there... this was one of the best meal we had on our Christmas break... the food was superb and in good quantity. We actually went there the next day as well and the owner asked &ldquo;do you want the same table again?&rdquo; We were pleasantly surprised that he remembered us. We ordered a curry and starter and we got rice as complementary with the curry .If you like good tasty Indian food, look no further. One more thing, just listen to the music being played there, it was nostalgic... 5/5 stars...

Continental Cafe A cafe that is quite old, really has a European feeling, so Australia is really the feeling that the people of Europe came to the colony and I was beating you. It was almost the same kind of Dan selling bags and coffee.

The Balfour Kitchen, hidden in a courtyard hotel, it is still very beautifully arranged, so that it looks a bit like French cuisine, and it is more refined.

First time visiting the Brunswick Hotel and I must say it was definitely a good fine.  Food was really nice and plentiful.  The service from the staff was excellent, very professional and friendly.    Only one thing I would say is the floor covering could perhaps be replaced as the carpet did have damp smell.  I would dine here again.

We strolled into Koya on a whim as the place we wanted to go was shut. I won&#39;t name that place, but thank god it was closed! Best points first: - Its BYO and next door to a bottleshop - It has an extensive menu all of which is great quality - It has a cherry blossom tree (fake) in the middle of the dining area to give the place authentic charm. - Did i mention it&#39;s BYO We were there mid week and there was a number of tables already taken, which was a good sign. The friendly yet shy waitress was a bit run off her feet so the service was average at best. We were not in a rush and ordered plenty of food, so to us the service was definitely acceptable. We had a big mix of food ranging from Gyoza, sashimi, agedashi tofu, tempure prawns, just to name a few. We rolled out of there 2 hours later stuffed and spending less than $60 (on food). Recommend it to anyone

We had to wait 5 mins for a table to be cleared so we could be seated, that was OK, e got menu&#39;s pretty quick and then had to get the waitress to take our order, we ordered drinks and entree&#39;s and would order mains later. Over 30 min wait for our drinks and a 45 min wait for the entree&#39;s. Again we had to get the waitresses attention to try and order mains.. after ann hour we gave up and left, picked up a pizza on the way home. The food was amazing - we had been previously and it was good, however the service was just awful!! would think twice about going back and supporting local business.
